Profile Laser Cutting

3D laser cutting of tubes and profiles allows structural components to be prepared much more accurately than with traditional cutting methods. In one process, we can perform cutting, holes, technological cut-outs, contours and edge beveling.

As a result, finished parts are better prepared for further welding, bolting, assembly or serial production. It is a practical solution for steel structures, frames, supports, railings, fences and machine components.

More than just cutting 3D technology makes it possible to prepare a profile for further production.

Tube and Profile Cutting Parameters

We work with a YAWEI YLT 6025-4 3D laser with a power of 6000 W. The machine allows us to cut tubes, profiles and structural sections in a wide range of dimensions, with 3D processing and beveling capabilities.
