Description:
UNI Feed-in Boilers are efficient heating devices that operate without electrical power, utilizing the technology of bottom combustion of hard coal. Made from certified boiler steel sheets, welded with fillet welds, they ensure durability and resistance to damage.
Thanks to the use of a tubular heat exchanger, ceramic deflectors, and a draft regulator, these boilers offer high efficiency, low emissions, and economical combustion.
They are equipped with a cast iron movable grate that facilitates ash removal and operate based on natural air draft without the need for external power.
They comply with 5th Class PN-EN 303-5:2012 and Ecodesign standards and require cooperation with an accumulation tank (buffer), which stores excess heat energy for later use.
Boiler Power Selection for Heated Area::
10kW – 50-120m2
13kW – 90-150m2
18kW – 150-220m2
24kW – 160-280m2

Main Features and Advantages of the Boiler:
Certified P265GH Boiler Steel, 6 mm Thick
The boiler is constructed using certified P265GH steel, known for its high resistance to elevated temperatures and pressure. The 6 mm thickness ensures long heat exchanger life, corrosion resistance, and material fatigue durability.
Cast Iron Movable Grate
The combustion chamber features a heavy-duty, movable cast iron grate that allows convenient and effective ash removal without shutting down the boiler. Cast iron provides durability and resistance to thermal deformation.
Draft Regulator (Included)
The standard equipment includes a draft regulator that mechanically controls the airflow to the combustion chamber based on the set temperature, without the need for electrical power. This ensures stable operation and reduces fuel consumption.
Ceramic Panels Stabilizing Combustion
The interior of the combustion chamber is lined with ceramic panels that stabilize and increase combustion temperature, leading to more complete burning of gases and solid particles. This improves the boiler’s thermal efficiency and reduces harmful emissions.
Combustion Adjustment via Draft Regulator
With mechanical regulation of primary and secondary air through the draft regulator, the user can easily adjust the combustion intensity to the current heating demand of the building.
5-Year Warranty on Heat Exchanger Tightness
The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty on the heat exchanger’s tightness, confirming the boiler’s solid construction and the high quality of materials used in production.
